Andrew Thorn

Andrew Thorn founded Telios Corporation in 2002. Telios is a leadership development firm focused on using assessment, training and coaching to accelerate individual, team and organizational growth. During the past three years the company assisted over 20 publicly traded and 50 privately owned companies to develop and implement innovative training programs. From 1992 to 2002 Andrew was the president and CEO of Thalman Financial, Inc., a privately owned commercial finance company. He currently coaches several top leaders and is considered by many to be a rising star in the coaching industry. He recently completed significant research on the topic of work/family fit, job/life satisfaction and work/life balance among self-employed women. He is currently researching the very important topic of ethics in coaching and expects to complete the study in the spring of 2006.
